Aesthetic Treatment Prices in Birmingham: A 2026 Guide
Aesthetic pricing in Birmingham is confusing on purpose. Some clinics price per unit, some per area, some per syringe, and almost nobody publishes a full list. This guide sets out what the common treatments actually cost across the city in 2026, what we charge at NexaSkinMed, and — more usefully — how to tell when a price is too good to be true.
Every price here is current as of September 2026 and includes VAT where applicable. The booking page always shows the live price.
Consultations
| Treatment | Duration | Price |
| Skin Rehabilitation Consultation | 45 min | £40 |
| General consultation | 30 min | £40 |
| Consultation and patch test (CO2 laser) | 30 min | £40 |
Our consultation fee is redeemable against treatment. Free consultations sound better but tend to function as sales appointments — if the assessment costs the clinic nothing, there is little incentive to tell you that you do not need the treatment you asked about.
Injectables
Anti-wrinkle (botulinum toxin)
| Treatment | Duration | Price |
| 1 area | 30 min | £160 |
| 2 areas | 30 min | £200 |
| 3 areas | 30 min | £240 |
| Masseter (jaw slimming / grinding) | 30 min | £180 |
Birmingham range: roughly £120–£200 for one area. Full detail in our guide to anti-wrinkle injections in Birmingham.
Dermal filler
| Treatment | Duration | Price |
| Lip filler 1.1ml | 45 min | £160 |
| Tear trough filler | 30 min | £350 |
| Liquid rhinoplasty (non-surgical nose) | 30 min | £160 |
| 3ml package / transformation face lift | 45 min | £360 |
| Bespoke face balancing consultation & treatment (deposit) | 1 hr | £40 |
Birmingham range: roughly £120–£300 per ml for lips. See our lip filler guide for what 1ml realistically achieves.
Tear trough filler is priced higher than lips everywhere, and should be. It is the most technically demanding common filler treatment, sitting in an unforgiving area with a real complication profile. A cheap tear trough is a bad idea in a way a cheap lip is not.
Skin boosters and regenerative treatments
| Treatment | Duration | Price |
| Profhilo (firmness & hydration) | 30 min | £250 |
| Polynucleotides (salmon DNA) — face / eye / neck | 30 min | £160 |
| Exosome therapy (skin & hair regeneration) | 1 hr | £160 |
| Revitrane / LumiPro (deep hydration) | 30 min | £157 |
| PRP skin regeneration | 1 hr | £160 |
| Fat-dissolving injections | 30 min | £60 |
Profhilo is normally a two-session course four weeks apart, so budget £500 rather than £250 — see our Profhilo Birmingham guide for why the second session is not optional.
Skin treatments
| Treatment | Duration | Price |
| Hyaluron skin treatment (firming & hydrating) | 50 min | £80 |
| +Pure Vitamin C (revitalising & antioxidant) | 50 min | £80 |
| Retinol skin treatment (anti-ageing & firming) | 50 min | £80 |
| 24K Golden Peptide Lift | 50 min | £80 |
| Scrub & extraction | 40 min | £65 |
| Microneedling (collagen & repair) | 40 min | £95 |
| Medical-grade chemical peel | 30 min | £120 |
| Peel + microneedling combo | 1 hr | £160 |
| RF microneedling (deep skin tightening) | 45 min | £160 |
| Skin treatment programme (6 sessions) | 50 min each | £840 |
CO2 fractional laser
| Treatment | Duration | Price |
| One area | 1 hr | £200 |
| Two areas | 1 hr | £400 |
| Full face resurfacing | 1 hr | £600 |
CO2 requires a consultation and patch test first (£40). Recovery is more demanding than any other treatment on this list, and the aftercare genuinely determines the outcome — see our CO2 laser aftercare guide.
Memberships
| Plan | Term | Monthly | Total |
| 3 Month Glow (skin subscription) | 3 months | £66 | £198 |
| Skin Rejuvenation Membership | 6 months | £97 | £582 |
The 3 Month Glow includes three microneedling sessions plus bonus treatments — worth comparing against £95 per standalone microneedling session if you were planning a course anyway.
How to tell when a price is too low
Aesthetic treatments have a real floor cost made up of four things: the product, the practitioner's time, insurance and clinical governance, and emergency stock. When a price drops well below the local range, one of those four is being cut. Some rough guides:
- Filler under about £120/ml. A branded, CE-marked hyaluronic acid syringe plus a qualified injector's 45 minutes does not fit under that, once hyaluronidase and insurance are accounted for.
- Profhilo under about £200. Genuine Profhilo is a branded IBSA product with a traceable supply chain and a real wholesale cost.
- Anti-wrinkle "deals" with no consultation. Botulinum toxin is a prescription-only medicine. A prescriber has to assess you individually. A price that assumes no assessment time is telling you the assessment is not happening.
- Anything sold by countdown timer. Time-limited pressure on a medical decision is a marketing tactic, not a saving.
The questions worth asking any Birmingham clinic, at any price point:
- What is the injector's clinical registration — NMC, GMC or GDC?
- Do you keep hyaluronidase on site? (For any hyaluronic acid filler. Non-negotiable.)
- What product are you using, and can I see the packaging?
- Who prescribes the botulinum toxin, and will they assess me in person?
- What is your complication protocol and out-of-hours contact?
- Is a review appointment included?
Frequently Asked Questions
How much does lip filler cost in Birmingham? Typically £120–£300 per millilitre across the city. At NexaSkinMed it is £160 for 1.1ml in a 45-minute appointment including assessment and numbing.
How much do anti-wrinkle injections cost in Birmingham? Around £120–£200 for one area, and £220–£350 for three. At NexaSkinMed it is £160 for one area, £200 for two and £240 for three.
How much does Profhilo cost in Birmingham? Most clinics charge £200–£350 per session. At NexaSkinMed it is £250 per session, and the standard protocol is two sessions four weeks apart, so £500 for the full course.
How much is microneedling in Birmingham? At NexaSkinMed a microneedling session is £95, or £160 combined with a medical-grade peel. If you are planning a course, the 3 Month Glow membership at £66 per month for three months includes three sessions plus additional treatments.
Is a free consultation a good sign? Not necessarily. A consultation that costs the clinic nothing has no incentive attached to telling you that a treatment is wrong for you. A modest fee that is redeemable against treatment tends to produce a more honest assessment.
Why is tear trough filler so much more expensive than lip filler? The under-eye area is anatomically unforgiving, technically demanding, and carries a higher complication profile than lips. The price difference reflects the skill and the risk, and it is one of the treatments where paying more is genuinely the safer decision.
Do aesthetic clinics in Birmingham offer payment plans? Many do, including memberships that spread the cost of a treatment course over several months. Our 3 Month Glow and Skin Rejuvenation memberships work this way, at £66 and £97 per month respectively.
