NexaSkinMed is the official UK distributor of Selvert Thermal, a Spanish medical-grade skincare house founded in 1972, and a medical aesthetics clinic based in Birmingham.

What we do

The business runs on three connected lines. We supply professional Selvert Thermal skincare to aesthetic clinics across the UK at trade pricing. We train practitioners in the treatment protocols, so the products are used the way they were formulated to be used. And we treat patients directly from our own Birmingham clinic, which keeps us honest about what the protocols actually achieve in practice.

Founded in Barcelona in 1972, Selvert Thermal formulates for professional use rather than retail — higher active concentrations, protocol-driven treatment sequences, and packaging designed for clinic dispensing. The professional range covers anti-ageing, hydration, brightening, blemish control, sensitive skin and firming.

How we work

Every treatment plan starts with an assessment rather than a product recommendation, and every plan says what a treatment can and cannot do before anyone commits to a course. The blog is written the same way: aftercare guides detailed enough to actually follow, and price guides that give real numbers rather than "prices on consultation".
